Mr. Dhaval has a strong background in Bio-analytical chemistry with a total of 19 years of experience in Bioanalysis, Pharmacokinetics and Pharmaceutics. He has worked on numerous Bioavailability, Bioequivalence, Pharmacokinetic and Toxicokinetic studies for various regulatory submissions.

Currently, Mr. Dhaval holds the position of Head- Bioanalytical, where he manages a team responsible for method development, method validation and clinical sample analysis. Additionally, he is in charge of planning and ensuring the timely execution of activities within the bio analytical department, as well as overseeing its smooth functioning.

Dhaval has extensive experience in dealing with various clients and regulatory audits including USFDA, UK-MHRA, ANVISA, WHO, NPRA, NGCMA, CDSCO etc.
Prior to joining Sycon, Dhaval worked at Lambda Therapeutic Research Ltd and Alkem Laboratories Ltd. He holds an M.Sc in Organic Chemistry from North Gujarat University
